The Nest – SEND Resource Base
We are proud to have our resource base – “The Nest” for children with significant additional needs. In this room we are able to offer an individualised curriculum adhering to the needs of all the children in this class both indoors and outdoors.
We have higher ratios in this room with 1 adult to 2 children, so that we are better able to meet the children’s needs and ensure that they make progress.
Eligibility for this room will be assessed by a LCC SEND Early Years Officer and places are allocated by the local authority.
